Learning things differently!

This time over a coffee!

Our professor, Abhishek Srivastava, treated us with coffee yesterday morning.

He could see that all of us had barely slept in the past four days, drowned in submissions, working on 1-hour sleep. And we were before time for a 9 AM class.

He decided to treat us with coffee before the class started. Of course, it was because he wanted to ensure that we didn't sleep in class. But on a serious note, it's because his emotional intelligence is high.

And interestingly, that's what we studied in the last lecture on communication by Abhishek Sir, "How emotional intelligence is a solid pillar for effective communication". It was intriguing to witness such high social awareness.

He knew we were all tired, and then we were all super attentive for the next two hours, and he saw to it that the lecture was super exciting.

I am learning new constructs every day, but differently than others. That's Masters' Union for all of you!
