Masters' Union hosted Ghazal Alagh recently.

Mama Shark 🦈 shared her journey from being a mother to facing a problem herself and figuring out a solution. That's how Mamaearth came to being.

In this session, I realised the importance & benefits of a Founder's market fit. If you've faced the problem yourself, you simply have more thirst for solving it and, needless to mention, deep insights about the same.

My top 3 key takeaways from this enriching session were -

✔️ Listen to the #data – insights you get from the customer are super important inputs. Ghazal shared an example of how they set up a stall and realised they had to change the packaging of their products.

✔️ Build your #brand to capture customer loyalty. They should buy from you more than just because of your product.

✔️ Talk to customers – Ghazal connected with over 500 mothers to understand their needs in depth. Most successful founders take many service calls themselves.
